• Resell, share, redistribute, upload, or transmit the files or printed materials in any form.

2.4 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of our content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
3.1 All purchases are processed securely through our online payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.
3.2 Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is completed.
3.3 If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at info@homeschoolpackets.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in retrieving your purchase.
4.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased materials via a secure link or account login.
4.2 You are responsible for saving and backing up your files. We are not obligated to resend files or restore expired download links beyond the initial delivery period.
4.3 Download access is for your personal use only and may not be shared or posted publicly.
5.1 All content on the Homeschool Packets website - including text, images, logos, graphics, audio, videos, worksheets, and designs - is owned or licensed by Studio Three Beau LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
